15 - CAMRYN TADE - FRESHMAN - GUARD

2019-20 OUTLOOK—Camryn earned a spot on the Lady Dragon Varsity as a freshman during pre-season workouts and quickly gained the respect of her coaches and teammates with her maturity, work ethic and playmaking ability.  A two-sport athlete, Camryn has a very promising future in the Lady Dragon Basketball program.

• Born in Irving and moved to Southlake at the end of 3rd grade

• Favorite sports team she has ever played on?  “This one, of course!”

• Favorite subject is AP Bio:  “I saw a sitcom and signed up for it.”

• Also plays soccer, likes to train her dogs and helps coach her sister’s basketball team.

• Career ambition is “to grow up and live with my parents forever!”

• Favorite athlete is Jerald Sowell:  “Isn’t he everyone’s favorite athlete?”

• Favorite entertainers:  “The entire varsity locker room.”

• Favorite show is AP Bio on NBC.

• Member of SASO, 8th grade Hope Squad, winner of George Dawson Middle School Spirit Award, and National Junior Honor Society.

• 3 siblings:  Trevor (Dawson Middle School), Dalton (Eubanks Intermediate School), and Messina (Old Union Elementary School)

• Parents are from Iowa:  Mom graduated from the University of Iowa and Dad is in the US Air Force, flew F-16s and is a pilot for American Airlines.
