14 — SARAH GOODMAN — 6-0 — SENIOR — POST

2019-20 OUTLOOK —  In her second season on Varsity, Sarah continues to develop as a 4-5 player.  She fills an important role on the team as a respected and valuable teammate. She provides an inside presence in the middle of the Lady Dragon defense and on the boards.


2018-19 (JUNIOR)—Academic All District...appeared in 5 games, scoring the first points of her varsity career against Lake Worth and Keller Central and grabbing rebounds vs Lake Worth, Rockwall Heath, Keller Central and Eaton….Coach McCoart:  “She is a bright light on this Lady Dragons team and has earned the respect and admiration of her coaches and teammates with her intelligence, positive attitude, and selflessness.”

💚Born in Grapevine and has attended Carroll schools since Pre-K


🖤Favorite teams ever are rec softball teams her dad coached


💚English is her favorite subject—“I love to write.”


🖤Favorite teacher is Coach Richard Prather at Dawson Middle School—“He taught 8th Grade Health class.  We had dance parties in his class.”


💚Would like to attend UT-Austin or the University of Arkansas and study engineering or physical therapy.


🖤Member of National Honor Society, PALS, Youth Ministry Committee, and 3-time  Academic All District


💚Favorite athlete is Odell Beckham Jr.—“He has major swag.”


🖤Favorite entertainers are Ashley Stelling and Kaelyn Riley


💚Favorite TV show is The Office and favorite movies are Napoleon Dynamite and She’s the Man


🖤Sarah is a lifeguard and is very involved in her church
